Payment for Goods and Delivery Charges
Nina Fowler Print can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website.
All payments including all shipping and handling fees, must be made by either credit or debit card. Nina Fowler Print will not accept any other form of payment. All transactions are completed on a secure server and delivery charges are set out at the time the order is made.
Nina Fowler Print is not responsible for parcels damaged during shipping.
All orders are sent by first class, recorded mail or courier. Orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days.
Returns and Exchange
All the items for sale from Nina Fowler Print are verified by us as the genuine article as guaranteed by the signed certificate of authenticity provided upon delivery. Nina Fowler Print is confident that you will be satisfied with any item that you purchase.
Nina Fowler Print is happy to exchange unwanted goods provided they are returned to us with proof of purchase within 14 days in a saleable condition with all packaging intact. All web orders will be refunded minus the cost of postage, unless the item is found to be faulty or not as described.
Nina Fowler print cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. If you do have to return any item to us we would ask that you use a trackable system such as a parcel delivery or courier service.
